The firm was established as a private equity arm of the Renova Group under the Renova Capital name in October 2003. As a result of a management buy-out in 2007, Renova Capital was renamed Svarog Capital Advisors. Since 2004, our funds have invested in 13 companies with an aggregate transaction value of over $460 m. The firm's investment approach is to provide equity financing to industry-leading companies with exceptional prospects and the ability to generate superior returns.
