Sutter Street Investments is a privately held custom home builder and real estate investment firm based in San Francisco, California. We build homes for your entertainment - It is not enough that we build homes that function, that are understandable and usable, we also need to build houses that bring joy and excitement, pleasure and fun, and, yes, its all about the party. Our goal is to develop or significantly improve properties to enhance neighborhoods. On an ongoing basis, we are searching for and evaluating real estate investment opportunities. Areas of focus are: San Francisco, The Peninsula, Marin County, Alameda County and Contra Costa County. Possible projects include development or redevelopment of single family, mixed use and multi-family real estate.
