Sustainability By Design is committed to assist the industry and organizations to proactively address sustainability challenges through consultative and practice methodologies. Since 2002, Sustainability By Design has participated directly in the development of more than four million SF of LEED award or LEED targeted projects by successfully and sensitively combining the many facets that affect the design, development and financing of large commercial and industrial projects. Sustainability By Design is also an approved Energy Star Service & Product Provider (SPP). In addition to the speculative and build to suit office markets, SBD has completed the LEED Gold Level design of six large data centers nationally ranging in size from 350,000 to 400,000 square feet. Other current projects include net-zero projects on the eastern seaboard, LEED for Existing Buildings (EB), and LEED for Neighborhood Development (ND). Sustainability By Design also provides LEED exam preparation training and seminars for other industry professionals and is registered as a Small Veteran Owned Business.
