Sushi Ko has the best sushi around. The fish is super fresh. Their rolls are scrumptious with the delicate taste of the fish not overpowered by toppings. The hostess Jasmine is very friendly and accommodating. Execellent food and atmosphere. The food is always fresh and presented well. The Owners actually take the time to meet and greet all of their guests. Had a great time. My first time there. The Gyoza was delicious and the Chicken Teriyaki was really really good. This is a cozy neighborhood restaurant that is serious about their cuisine. I will definitely be going back. Great fresh sushi. Innovative rolls. A friendly staff that really cares. We have been here often and no matter what I try I am always happy. The owners are always gracious and accommodating. They always accommodate my son who is a picky eater.
