Established in 1976, by Marshall S. and Mary Emma Jones, SURPLUS CITY, INC., has been a reliable, family run supplier of merchandise for over 30 years. We deal in surplus items, factory overruns, buybacks and closeouts, but we also buy directly from factories and wholesale distributors. Surplus City specializes in retail and wholesale of all types of items from mufflers, nuts, bolts, chain and rope to crafts, baskets, fabric and foam rubber. With three retail stores in Central Pennsylvania (Altoona, Williamsport and Carlisle) and a fourth in LaVale, MD, Surplus City, Inc. has the skill and experience to move items very quickly. Our facilities include five warehouses, ensuring the storage capacity to purchase the best buys and sell at the lowest prices.
