Surge Network Information

The Surge Network was born out of a desire to see dozens of Gospel-Centered, Reformed and Missional churches planted in the Phoenix Metro area. In order to accomplish this great goal, it was decided that we needed a leadership development engine to produce all those church planters and pastors. We see a great need for intentional, theological and practical leadership development to happen at a local church level. Surge has several moving parts: The first is the Surge School, the second is the Surge Network and last is the Surge Conference. The Surge School is the engine that drives everything else. It is a decentralized, theologically driven leadership development school whose aim is to equip and prepare the next generation of top level leaders. Vision - The vision of Surge is to fill the greater Phoenix area with transformational leaders who empower and equip God's people to live God's way. Mission - The mission of Surge is to equip leadership-gifted individuals in transformational principles and practices for cultural engagement through an action-reflection model of learning. Values - The Surge School has 4 overarching, foundational and unchanging values.
