SureStore Self Storage is an industry leading, multi-site self-storage provider founded by Mike Wilson and Andy Wood in 2007; With 13 UK based, state-of-the-art, multipurpose facilities and four more in construction, due for completion by Summer 2024, SureStore is paving the way for standards in self-storage. Working with finance partners Legal & General, Schroders Capital and Seneca Partners we aim to deliver enhanced specification locations from site finding, to the design and build stage and have developed cutting edge technology, complete with an integrated tech-deck incorporating fully automated, keyless access systems, an industry changing BMS system, and net zero carbon technology, not seen anywhere else in the sector. Each facility boasts multiple flexible and hybrid spaces from last mile logistic units through to offices, trade counters and business space as well as traditional self-storage. As part of SureStore’s mission, we aim to deliver innovative, future forward storage solutions with high sustainability targets, including net zero carbon operations, whilst also acknowledging the social obligations of ethical businesses today. We continually aim to support our staff, customers and the communities they are part of by making meaningful positive contributions via internal and external programmes. Every year we serve thousands of customers who are often dealing with a range of challenging circumstances. Our main day-to-day objective is to ensure we find the right space for our customers by removing unnecessary stress by delivering easy, flexible and secure storage in convenient, accessible locations that add value to local communities.
