Founded by a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience providing direct service, program leadership, staff and family training, IEP development and support, and community coaching. Supportive Pathways was founded with the mission of providing individualized, dynamic support that meets each person where they are. All coaching and training provided is driven by the belief that every individual and family is unique, and that meaningful change is rooted in personalized care, driven by empathy, and informed by real-world experience.
