Step by step from the evaluation of the project design, Superlit engineers get involved in setting all the technical details. Superlit Site Supervisors are providing after-sales support from factory dispatch to unloading at jobsite, during pipe installation and field testing, up until taking the pipeline into operation. By early 2007, Superlit launched Superlit Academy for training both intercompany staff and customer teams. Theoretical and operational technical training programs are provided at Superlit Technopark Research and Training Center for engineering, field and operational groups.
