We are a The Clean Trust(formerly IICRC) Certified Firm. Both cleaning technicians are Certified Master Cleaners with The Clean Trust. This institute is designed to improve carpet cleaning standards, and to help eliminate unethical carpet cleaning companies. The Clean Trust provides continuing education for carpet cleaners and keeps us up to date on the latest technology. The Clean Trust does not allow its members to use unethical "bait and switch" advertising. This is also against the law, but very few Maryland carpet cleaners ever get prosecuted. That's why we fight them. That's why I need your help. You may not know this, but not all carpet cleaners are the same. Not only because some of them use deceiving advertising, but there is a big difference in how they clean. We use only hot water extraction. This is the method required by most carpet manufactures. The other methods are either too harsh on the carpet, or they just don't clean well.
