We are a small, family run business located in Upstate New York, and we pride ourselves on making our customers printing dreams become a reality. If you are placing an order with us please give us 2-3 business days to look over all artwork to be sure it is ready for production. After your order is placed we are currently experiencing 10-18 business day turn around times due to a large back up of orders after a busy summer season paired with technical difficulties on our end. If you have a HARD IN HAND DATE for your order please state that date within the notes section of the order form and follow that up with an email to info@superiorpod.com to be sure we are aware of this date. If you place a rush order we guarantee completion of the order within the specified rush turn around time, but the shipping of said order could occur on the next business day after completion.
