Superior PLUS Realtors was founded in 2016 when Superior Financial Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Superior Credit Union, Inc., purchased Yocum Realty. A long-time leader in the West-Central Ohio real estate market, Yocum Realty was founded in 1961 by R.L. Yocum. Tim Stanford purchased the firm in 2002 from his father-in-law, Gene Nameche. Today, the firm has 26 agents serving the area. Stanford now serves as Vice President of Real Estate Services for Superior Financial Solutions. The agency maintains its office at 421 S. Cable in Lima.
