Superior Asphalt, LC. is a family owned asphalt maintenance company. Rick Phelps founded and began the company's operations in the year 1986. He took on as partners his brother Brad Phelps and his brother-in-law Darrell Allen in the year 1990. The three owners continue to own and operate the business today and between the three partners, they have over 100 years of experience in the asphalt industry. Over the years Superior Asphalt has taken pride in creating long lasting relationships with business owners, property managers, home owners, contractors and municipalities by providing quality work on projects both large and small.
