Over the past 12 years Superflux has worked with a wide variety of organisations including Google AI, Deepmind, Omidyar Network, Government of UAE, Innovate UK, Cabinet Office UK, Future Cities Catapult, United Nations Development Programme, International Red Cross and Varkey Foundation, to imagine and plan how they can effectively navigate uncertainty, discover emergent business models and maintain competitive edge. Working with them, we surface ‘big picture’ insights into the interrelated forces that shape our world and bring them to life by enabling experiential engagement with the future, empowering companies to act with agency, mitigate risk, explore new directions and uncharted potential. Our partnerships and experience has taught us that data-driven, quantitative models need to be balanced with qualitative, imaginative world building if they are to enable a diversity of stakeholders to deeply connect with the real implications of possible futures.
