Superbloom is on a mission to help 100 million people optimize their happiness by 2030. In addition to the obvious benefits of happiness, including longevity and performance, happier people tend to have stronger relationships, experience more positive emotions, and even get sick less. We call this the “happiness dividend” and believe everyone should be investing at least 15 minutes 4 times per week to unlock it. So, we’re distilling the last 50 years of scientific happiness research into short, personalized routines (called “blooms”) and nurturing a community that shares, creates and/or encourages blooms and blooming.
