Employability Bridge Program: The Objective of this program is to bridge the gap between Institutions and Industry Suntek organizes unique EBP for fresh Talent aiming for a prospective career. The objective of this program is to primarily identify JOB READY Employable Profiles through Hiring Potential Assessment (HPA) and share the pool with companies. Also enhance Employability of Skills Short Profiles through Employability Skills Development (ESD) and make them JOB READY Employable Profiles. The objective of ESD is to provide an exposure of 6-12 months Real Time Work Experience and develop 100% Employable Profiles in an Institution and decrease the ‘Supply Demand Gap’ in the Industry.
