Sunshine Project is a mental health apparel brand built on a simple belief — that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and a little less alone. Founded out of a deeply personal experience with a loved one navigating depression and mental health challenges, Sunshine Project was created to do more than sell clothing. Every piece we make carries a message of hope, and every purchase directly supports mental health initiatives that make a real difference in people's lives. Our products are made from 100% GOTS and OCS certified organic cotton — because we care about the people who wear our clothes, the communities we support, and the planet we all share. We also run The Sunshine Journal, a free mental health education blog covering topics including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD, burnout, and LGBTQ+ mental health — because awareness saves lives.
