Our mission at Sunshine Patch Daycares is to provide our community with the highest quality child care services that far exceed the expectations of the typical daycare center. We work hard to provide a safe, fun, developmentally appropriate environment for young children. Our focus is to provide a stimulating and educational experience which promotes each child's social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Our desire is to facilitate our children to become lifelong learners. To provide experiences that foster each child's growth & development resulting into a well-rounded individual. Children learn from the experiences through play. We address enhancement of skills in all areas of development. To provide quality childcare that meets the needs of the children and families at our centre. We commit to a positive and respectful team relationship with our families. we look forward to provide healthy and positive daily experiences to children who come to us and to be of service to the community by serving families. Inclusion of children of varied abilities and cultures, along with encouragement of individual competencies is an integral part of our program. Our programs are to give our children a positive sense of self by incorporating a variety of planned and spontaneous activities, allowing children to use their own abilities, skills and talent. Staff is responsive to childrens abilities and needs for assistance. Staff ensures that children of varied abilities can participate in the activities. Goals are set for each child in all areas of development. Our program planning is done to include all areas of development.
