Sunset Events Information

Sunset Events was conceived way back in 1997 out of an obsession of music, arts and the environment. The mission was simple but resolute: develop and introduce a completely new brand of events to Western Australia, that puts equal emphasis on both the cultural and educational experience in addition to the music experience. Our Ideology was simple, to consider our impact as promoters and patrons to the environment and our responsibility to conduct our business with care. What first began as an idea to bring live music and entertainment to Perth has now turned into several festivals: North West Festival, Stereosonic, Southbound Festival, St Jerome's Laneway Festival, West Coast Blues 'n' Roots Festival, and Groovin' the Moo Festival. We have since expanded to also own our own concert venues, J-Shed and Freo.Social right in the heart of Freo. On top of this we have also created our own beer brand and brewery, Otherside Brewing Co. which you can drink at all our venues and events. All of this, and constant new ideas that keep on coming.
