Sunrise Cricket Club Information

Sunrise Cricket Club will always strive to provide good facilities for all its members. We will take pride in our history and traditions but evolve to remain at the forefront of the modern game. We will strive to be successful on and off the field, based on teamwork & professionalism in all areas, which will ensure a vibrant, accessible and financially viable club. We will promote the game of cricket in Kitchener-Waterloo region and Southern Ontario in order to maximize participation, standards of enjoyment, community support and success. We, the members of Sunrise Cricket Club state publicly our commitment to the ongoing progress of the club, to the development of its existing strengths and to its improvement in all areas. In this respect we commit ourselves, over the coming five years, to work towards the achievement of the following targets:Major ObjectivesFirstly, that the club will continue to support the development of cricket among younger players by seeking to provide its junior members with the best possible training through our coach Mr. Praveen Sharma with his vast competitive experience and cricketing passion. Secondly, that by 2014 the club's first XI will have established itself as one of the best club cricket sides in Canada. Thirdly, the most important goal set by the club is to play for Canadian National Team for under 19 World Cup 2012 to be hosted by Canada.
