SunPlan is a solar power plant developer for small to medium size utility scale photovoltaic projects. We offer the full spectrum of an EPC (engineering-procurement-construction) plus company: - develop the land with all building permits - secure the feed-in-tariff or acquire the power purchasing agreement - finance the building phase - build the power plant - find suitable investors - negotiate and close long term financing - manage and run solar parks SunPlan also offers additional services to land owners, existing park owners, investors and other solar enthusiasts: - interim's management of similar EPC structured companies - due diligence services of developed but not built solar projects - due diligence of existing solar fields - financing of solar power plants We are interested in existing solar projects that are not running as expected and offer financial and technical expertise to buy out, repair and/or bring the PV power plant back on track.
