Giddins, and Lita Little Giddins (MSW/LCSW), lead with a principle-based approach, integrating their expertise in leadership training, cultural transformation, and coaching. Our talented team of consultants, with decades of combined experience in leadership development, education, social work, and organizational strategy, equip organizations with the skills needed to build inclusive, high-performing cultures. We specialize in principle-based consulting for leaders. Our training equips teams with essential skills, including Psychological Safety, Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Conflict. Through our work, we empower individuals and teams to achieve long-term success and organizational growth. Our mission is to help organizations unlock their potential by promoting open communication, trust, and collaboration.
