Sun Ray Scheme Information

Sun Ray scheme was launched to meet future leadership needs of the sector and social service professional’s desire for more structured career management, development and competitive remuneration. Under this scheme, National Council of Social Service (NCSS) will centrally employ and develop a core group of social service professionals with the potential to lead organisations or professional practice. Their career will be in the sector and they will be managed by a Talent Manager who will work with them on their postings across Social Service Agencies and sub sectors to develop rich, cross sector experience.
