Sun Corridor Network advances connectivity, research, and education at gigabit speeds for all Arizonians. OUR VISION Picture an Arizona where everyone is connected and accesses all the resources needed to thrive. From healthcare information to high-quality education opportunities, reliable internet is a key driver of individual and community success. The Sun Corridor Network supports research and education at gigabit speeds around Arizona. Sun Corridor Network expands access to unserved and underserved communities by applying emerging cyberinfrastructure technologies and educational experiences that make the internet easy to use. ‘The network’ has a special double meaning for us as we prioritize convening communities for digital progress. Through collaborations with government and private organizations, we aim to scale internet solutions state-wide and foster digital fluent communities through educational experiences. Together, we will enable future generations of Arizonians to become the scientists, researchers, educators, entrepreneurs, and leaders of tomorrow. OUR ROOTS Our Arizona ties and passion run deep at Sun Corridor Network. We were founded by three state institutions — Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Arizona. These sister universities partnered to create direct high-speed connections with each other and with Internet2, sponsored by the Arizona Board of Regents.
