SumosanTwiga is a partnership between international restaurateur Janina Wolkow and entrepreneur Flavio Briatore. Their first partnership was the very successful TwigaSumosan Monaco, a summer pop-up, and Sumosan has since also launched in Flavio’s Billionaire Mansion in Dubai. Launching on Sloane Street, Knightsbridge, in November 2016 SumosanTwiga will combine a menu of award wining contemporary Japanese food with a menu of sumptuous Italian food. Being a multi-faceted concept, SumosanTwiga in London will offer three experiences in one venue; dining, lounge bar and late night lounge.
