With a wrist-band sensor, employees use Sumondo App to monitor their stress level in real-time. Through recording the stress level in different situations, they can identify elements of stress in App history. Sumondo App also provides mindfulness treatment including five different kind of breathing exercise, relaxing music, and meditation based on your practice level.
