Summit Supportive Communities offers a community-based, residential setting for adults in Parker, Highlands Ranch, and Centennial, Colorado. Our homes are located in a wonderful neighborhood with access to open spaces, trails, and parks. Services and activities are convenient for our residents, allowing easy access to their community. SSC provides the resources and opportunities for each resident to live a diverse, full life. Summit Supportive Communities' residential supportive living program is designed for individuals who may have completed a post-acute or neurobehavioral rehabilitation program, are living alone or with family, and need a more structured living environment to support their level of functioning.
