We provide and manage Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology services to older adults throughout Washington and Oregon. Our settings span the continuum, including Acute Care Hospital services, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Outpatient, and In-home therapy.
