Summit Mindfulness is the business and website of Alpesh 'Al'​ Parikh. He offers a number of training programs incorporating basic and advanced practices of mindfulness in a workplace or community setting. His programs are tailor-made for groups or individuals. Alpesh also offers executive mindfulness coaching to business/industry leaders. He trains executives to apply a variety of mindfulness techniques, so that they are able to better deal with stressful situations. Finally, his website will serve as a platform for him to initiate and contribute to various discussions surrounding the applications of mindfulness in corporate settings.
