Summit Machine Services specializes in the re-qualification of precision machine tool alignments by scraping. This process typically includes leveling of the machine base, removal of the old bearing material and installing new wear material. Then we meticulously hand scrape the mating surfaces to achieve the tight tolerances that machine tools require for optimal performance.
