We provide the following services within our Commercial Construction division: General Contracting Design Build Architectural Services Construction Management Project Management At Summit Contracting, we provide our clients with a personalized General Contracting service, bringing together the resources, expertise and leadership needed for the successful delivery of your commercial construction project. This is the most common and traditional method of construction services. By utilizing the Design Build method, Summit Contracting will work under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. Instead of splitting the design and construction services, Summit can handle both to increase efficiency and minimizing risks. Architectural Services at Summit Contracting creates a well-rounded understanding of both the design and construction processes allowing us the ability to provide all clients with quality and innovative work. Our Construction Management services give clients the option of hiring on a fee base. The manager will act on the behalf of the owner at every stage of the project and make unbiased decisions in favor of the owner's best interest. Summit Contracting's Project Managers work on various sized projects to stay on schedule and within the budget.
