Summit Coaching & Training Information

At Summit Coaching and Training, our purpose is to help our clients unlock their true physical abilities. We focus on athletes who want to elevate their performance, and we specialize in ultramarathon runners who want to go farther or be faster. Using the strategy of 'build the house' and our Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, we emphasize correct movement, core strength, and foundational exercises before we progress to sport-specific training. We train our clients where they are at, not where they used to be or where they think they should be. We also coach our clients on mental strategies to teach perseverance and grit when the going gets tough, which are transferable skills that can be called upon to help overcome challenges and withstand the stresses of everyday life.
