Summerlin Builders has been operating since 1991 and has been voted the number one residential builder in Johnston County for four years. Family owned and operated, its owner has been called to serve on local and state building industry associations because of his professionalism. A key part of our approach is to be client-centered. We communicate with our clients, return their calls, and explain the project details to them in terms they will understand, not builder-speak. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded, and require our subcontractors to be, too. We keep up to date with building sciences and have been Energy Star certified for five years and are Green Technologies accredited.
