We have developed software which is capable of accessing large datasets (from multiple social medias) and monitoring for complaints which 'look like' food complaints. We gather large data and analyse for patterns of food complaints as they are happening in real time, as well as provide marketing help to mitigate brand damage that food complaints can cause. More importantly, we are developing a robust distribution system that engages consumers with food information. We have made it our mission to make food systems safer.
