Sugar Creek Montessori Information

Sugar Creek Montessori Schools (SCMS) are a division of American Montessori Schools (est. 1986), an educational organization that has developed 4 Montessori schools in the greater Houston area, with a fifth school being added in Fulshear, TX in 2016. Sugar Creek Montessori School was founded in 1994 and serves the Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford and surrounding areas. The schools have earned a reputation for providing a very high standard of early childhood education. SCMS strives to provide outstanding Montessori programs and a nurturing environment that develops the emotional, social, academic and creative potential of every child. SCMS provides a rich curricular experience ranging from academic subjects including Mathematics, Science, Geography, History, Language Arts and extending with creative subjects including Art, Music, Computers, Spanish and PE. Optional classes in Mandarin Language, Gymnastics, Dance and Martial Arts are offered (varies by campus).
