On 15 January Curtis Banks Group plc agreed to acquire the business from Legal & General, subject to regulatory approval. The sale to Curtis Banks Group plc completed on 25 May 2016, creating the UK's second largest independent SIPP provider. Suffolk Life provides pension administration services for several UK household name financial services companies as well as offering their own premium MasterSIPP proposition alongside the platform-orientated SmartSIPP. They offer integration with many discretionary investment managers and platforms, as well as market-leading commercial property capability.
