Sudara is a hybrid organization - a certified B Corp and nonprofit - working to end sex slavery and human trafficking in India. We create pathways to freedom and economic independence through skills training and living-wage employment, empowering women to build lives of dignity, choice, and safety. The impact is generational - strengthening families, communities, and futures. As a purpose-driven B Corp, Sudara, Inc. partners with wholesalers, distributors, and mission-aligned brands to deliver ethically made products through our 20-year-vetted supply chain. We prioritize people and the planet over profit, with a deep focus on gender equity, economic empowerment, and alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Through our nonprofit arm, Sudara Freedom Fund, we support on-the-ground programs in India that provide safe housing, medical care, counseling, childcare, education, vocational training, and a supportive community for women and children. With access to 20+ vocational programs, women are empowered with real options and the tools to thrive.
