Succession Framework Information

The Succession Framework℠ helps ministry and nonprofit leaders understand, design and implement healthy and effective succession planning strategies. Traditional consulting, which deploys full-time personnel to solve client problems, is generally not affordable to most nonprofit organizations. Additionally, this traditional approach, where knowledge and problem-solving capabilities reside with the consultant, does not foster the development of new skills within the client organization. Succession Framework’s methodology is specifically designed to educate and empower ministry leaders to design and implement succession planning methodology that fits their context. Our approach integrates self-directed learning modules and templates, online resources, distance and on-site coaching. By leveraging these components our solutions are accessible to ministry and nonprofit organizations of all sizes.
