Laura Alexandra, owner of Successfully Staged, has been successful in many creative fields, including designing award winning jewelry, owning a hair salon that featured designing hairpieces and for the last 13 years she has been an agent with Wainwright Real Estate in the Hampton Roads area where she discovered her passion for staging homes to help sell them quickly. Two years ago, Successfully Staged hired a wonderfully talented assistant, Leslie Eley who is transitioning from staging to management. She has added personality and flair to all our staged homes. She is an integral part of keeping me organized and also destaging our homes. We are proud to have Christine Norton, a local artist staging our homes now. She does a great job! Two years ago Laura was part of the Extreme Home Makeover project here in Virginia Beach. Laura was filmed doing a segment with Ty Pennington talking about a project for the master bedroom. Laura felt that it was an honor to help these deserving people and also loved being part of decorating the home. Laura's role as home stager was born out of the need for clients to make their home stand out in an overcrowded market. Gone are the days of sticking a sign in the yard and receiving multiple offers. In this current market, homes must be staged or at the very least have some redesign work done to get it depersonalized and decluttered. As a life-long resident of Hampton Roads, Laura is happy to be of assistance in a home selling market that requires the art of staging and redesign.
