Success Path Information

Success Path® was founded in 1996 by Y. M. Gleaton II as an alternative to traditional management development. He realized these programs were generally costly, short-lived, and soon forgotten, and developed a program for providing long-term, incremental training that is effective and includes a lasting relationship with the client. This program assists companies in realizing a greater return on their efforts, and assists them in becoming self- reliant so they can achieve a culture and future they define. Success Path® is a management resource that, through the use of trained facilitators, provides valuable direction, information, tools, methods, and support that allows for complete harmony and teamwork. Mr. Gleaton has a degree in Industrial Management and over 25 years experience in manufacturing and industrial sales, starting as Standards Engineer and working his way to Materials Manager, Quality Services Manager, and Product Manager. Along the way he earned his CPIM certification from APICS, and continues his personal development through audios, videos, reading, correspondence courses, and membership in professional organizations. He also speaks to various professional organizations, such as the Rotarians, Chambers of Commerce, Kiwanis, APICS, and ASCQ, and has conducted Professional Development and Leadership seminars for the Civil Air Patrol, an auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
