Before establishing Success Path Consulting Inc. the founder of SPC worked for fifteen years for Wells Fargo Funding, a Fortune 500 Company specializing in banking and mortgage related services. Over the course of these fifteen years Mark wore various hats, such as Learning and Development Consultant and Assistant Vice President of Quality Assurance, Mortgage Loan Acquisition, and Receiving. He has interviewed, hired, mentored, and when the circumstances required it, fired. He even assisted in the the establishment of a correspondent mortgage processing facility in Hyderabad India.
