For 20 years, our nonprofit has helped educational leaders across the United States align their educational priorities to student results. Our Impact: Third-party evaluations and our own rigorous data analysis show that ANet’s model drives student learning. -A randomized control trial conducted through the prestigious i3 program shows that when schools have the right basic conditions in place and partner with ANet they achieve 6-8 months of additional learning over a two-year period. -Summative data from 21-22 shows that more than half of ANet partners outperformed their matched comparison schools. -At a time when we are seeing historic lows in student scores across the country, the majority of ANet partners made positive gains: 58% improved in ELA and 71% improved in Math. -98% of school and system leaders agree or strongly agree that working with their ANet coach has supported them to take actions that positively impact student learning.

Established in 2005, SUCCESS Academy is a unique college preparatory high school located on the campuses of Southern Utah University and Utah Tech University. Action-- In the world's most culturally rich, yet economically challenged communities, Empowerment WORKS brings access to markets, appropriate technologies and education, within the grasp of citizens on the front lines. Empowerment WORKS fosters a diverse, cross-sector network of Partners in Empowerment (PIE) united in action by an ecologically inspired social innovation framework called 7 Stages to Sustainability (7SS). Through The Global Summit, Pulse of the Movement webcasts, Artists in Action events and other creative civic engagement, Empowerment WORKS inspires people across the globe to realize the value of their existing knowledge, unique talents and collective potential to change the world.
