Franching and Brand Development. Development Contract with Franchise World Headquarters of Milford, Connecticut. Corporate oversight for 184 Subway restaurant locations, as well as additional food brand concepts. Directly responsible for corporate operations of new store development including: Franchise sales Store leasing and lease negotiation New site selection & evaluation Store plan design and construction, store relocations, and store remodels Store operations, in-store marketing and sales promotion, brand awareness and advertising. POS (Point Of Sale) computer based system training and operations. Monthly facilitator for franchise owner meetings. Supervision for a staff of five (6) Franchisee Business Support Consultants, (1) Operations coordinator, and (1) Development coordinator.
