Suburban Projects create innovative building design solutions for families, architects, developers and builders on the Central Coast. With an enthusiasm for residential design including new dwellings, renovations, secondary dwellings and dual occupancy developments, we help bring your building design ideas to life. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive and innovative design that adheres to your brief, is cost effective and buildable. We'll guide you through the design and approval process, and our network of consultants will be there to help you with every aspect of the construction process. Andrew Moseley established Suburban Projects in 2010 with extensive involvement in the home design and construction industry since 1998. Andrew brings broad experience working for various architectural practices and property development firms both in Australia and the UK, in various disciplines including residential, commercial, industrial, educational, manufactured homes, product design and civic art. Andrew has a Bachelor of Design (Hons) and is a member of Building Designers Australia.
