Subsentio LLC Information

Subsentio is a Trusted Third Party (TTP) for broadband, VoIP and telecommunications service providers, and the largest CALEA Trusted Third Party in the United States. It manages their lawful surveillance and law enforcement compliance obligations, so they stay compliant without building the whole capability themselves. CALEA lawful intercept: Subsentio manages end-to-end compliance with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), engineering, hosting and operating targeted wiretaps and surveillance feeds for carriers. Subpoena and court order processing: it receives, reviews and validates legal demands, such as subpoenas, Title III wiretaps, pen registers and FISA orders, on behalf of service providers, so they comply strictly with the law. Records production and chain of custody: it pulls the requested subscriber records or call data, authenticates the data, delivers it to the law enforcement agency and maintains a defensible chain of custody. Law Enforcement Liaison desk: a 24/7/365 emergency and records request desk staffed by former law enforcement and technical personnel. International operations: outside the United States the same work is called lawful intercept, and Subsentio extends lawful surveillance, data retention and records production across nearly 30 countries, using regional standards such as ATIS and ETSI.
