Subsea Engenuity’s Profile What We Do: Subsea Engenuity is an engineering solutions company with capability to take ideas from concept through design, manufacture, delivery, installation, as well as service and maintenance. Operating primarily in the subsea arena of the energy industry, the company is expert in offshore mechanical and hydraulic engineering. Background: The company was formed in 2017 due to its founders’ passion for new innovative technology and a working relationship developed in previous years when completing successful downhole and subsea projects. Subsea Engenuity has since brought on board additional experienced directors for its Management, Technical/Engineering, Operations, QHSE, and Business Development functions. Location and Facilities: Subsea Engenuity is based in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK and environs, and has a goal to operate globally, particularly in mature markets such as the North Sea and Gulf of Mexico. We currently have office facilities in Aberdeen City Centre and separate workshop facilities setup ready for storage, assembly, and maintenance work. We also have representation in Houston, Texas, USA for future business development in the Americas. Technology Focus: Subsea Engenuity is currently focusing on key market differentiating technologies. One of these systems is in the advanced stage of design and aims to provide technology advances in its field of operation. This technology is based on the abandonment stage of operations and has already attracted interest from major service companies who intend to include this differentiating complementary technology with their LWIV-deployed systems. This technology is primarily concentrated on providing to the client rental packages along with service support and maintenance. Unique Proposition: The unique proposition of Subsea Engenuity is that we safely deliver in a timely manner innovative, novel (patent applications pending), and differentiating product, system, and service technology, especially with respect to the subsea intervention and P&A (decommissioning) markets. Subsea Engenuity can simultaneously complete multiple projects for multiple clients in multiple global locations. Although the company was only recently formed, its (4) core directors alone have a combined relevant industry experience of over 110 years. The major strengths of our company are the members’ cumulative diverse industry experiences, additional close support from contractors, and a very expansive network.
