SUBMETER SOLUTIONS INC Information

We provide tailored submetering and utility billing services. We specialize in Cloud-based meter reading systems. Our roots date back to 1999 when founder Jeff Lowry developed a device for the submetering industry (PulseFlow) at the request of a friend. Jeff, a licensed Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering has a vast experience in design and development of hardware and software systems. A new company, Submeter Systems, began selling metering equipment on the web in the early 2000’s. From the start, we have distinguished ourselves with our technical expertise, from helping a customer to size a gas meter to designing and installing a state of the art wireless submetering system for a high rise with over 2000 meter points. In 2009 the company was incorporated and changed its name to Submeter Solutions. Kelly Koontz joined Jeff in 2010, bringing with him 25 years of experience working and managing companies that manufacture and sell products in the aerospace and PCB industries. Monthly utility billing services were added in 2010. Our philosophy of not just offering a cookie cutter approach to billing services, but customizing services and software for each property still applies to every billing account today. Submeter Solutions continues to grow with an expanded product line of meters and remote meter reading systems that are sold and installed throughout the US. Submeter Solutions also continues to design and produce new meter reading equipment and software platforms used throughout the submetering industry.
