Vor etwas über 20 Jahren nimmt unsere Firmengeschichte ihren Anfang, als Markus Storz im Jahr 1996 den ersten Prototypen des heute weltweit bekannten VOLCANO Verdampfers entwickelte. Als Jürgen Bickel im Jahr 2002 Partner wird, entsteht die Firma STORZ & BICKEL. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt sind wir stetig gewachsen. Heute beschäftigen wir ca. 170 MitarbeiterInnen, wobei sich die Anzahl der Beschäftigten in den letzten fünf Jahren mehr als verdoppelt hat. Fortschrittlichkeit, Innovationskraft und vor allem Weitblick sind die Erfolgsfaktoren unserer Firmengeschichte. Diese Attribute spiegeln sich auch in unserem Firmengebäude in Tuttlingen wider. Bedingt durch unser rasantes Wachstum haben wir Ende 2016 unsere S&B Vapor Factory erbaut und im Mai 2021 mit dem Anbau des West Wings komplettiert. Mit einer Gesamtnutzfläche von ca. 9000 m² bietet das Firmengebäude ausreichend Platz für Innovation, kreative Ideen sowie für unsere aktuellen und künftigen Mitarbeiter. Das Gebäude bietet allen Mitarbeitern einen zeitgemäßen, komfortablen und zugleich funktionalen Arbeitsplatz, der durch seine offenen Strukturen ein starkes Gemeinschaftsgefühl vermittelt und die Interaktionen der Arbeitsbereiche implizit ergibt.
