SUAZIO, now part of NAMSA, is a research and consultancy agency that provides far-reaching customer insights considering the marketing of new products in IVD and Medtech markets. We know that the success of a product isn’t exclusively built on the problem it solves. It does, however, focus on how customers react to it: before, during as well as after the purchase. That is why we collect and analyse customer data: to provide our clients with our insights and conclusions – and share with them our recommendations for an optimal product configuration. suAzio was founded in 2001 with an entrepreneurial culture and a focus on market research, and has experienced extensive growth over the past 10+ years with offices on 3 continents: Europe, USA, and Asia with our headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium. We have completed projects with clients in over 170 countries through extensive collaboration and communication, and are well designed to work with companies who are top industry leaders as well as emerging, start-up companies.
