Study Association Kraket Information

Kraket is the study association for Econometrics and Operations Research at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. The name Kraket stands for 'Kritische Actuarissen en Econometristen'. Our study association was founded on July 14, 1972 and currently we have 1000+ members. Kraket organizes many activities, both formal and relaxing, but they are above all, fun. Kraket's main goal is to bridge the gap between its members and the business community and to provide students with insight into the practical application of their study. This is done through case days, inhouse days and the annual LED (National Econometristers Day), but also in low-threshold ways as a New Year's dinner with a main sponsor or an orientation day.
